There is no way to report such websites; Jagex has already stated that they have a dedicated team towards tracking and shutting down such websites. By the way, you really didn't need a moderator to answer this; players without gold or green posts have brains, too.

There used to be a way to report such websites, I remember reporting literly dozens and dozens of them. But I guess since Jagex has way more employies now, they can find the websites themselves. Yeah and I'd be careful about being on these kind of sights, I acctually have gotten a keylogger from one But yeah, the answer to your question has already been posted
