i saw something like a few months ago someone was wearing drag legs with blue veins on them but it was just a bug i think.

it was like ... example: taking the skirt and setting it down, just like dumping snow on it, how it would fall around it in a splat manner, then just putting it back on. I tried asking but she was unresponsive. It just looked cool, her shirt she was wearing, a gray one, had the same effect on it. Maybe a bug but idk.
